This game was scary and intense af. This is literally the "Five Night's at Freddy's" we deserved but never got. I wont reveal any spoilers but would like to talk about the game. In Case: Animatronics, you play the role of John Bishop, a police officer who just woke up from his night shift at a police station after getting a call from one of his clients who wants "revenge". While it is unclear what it is, you find yourself amongst animatronic robots in the police station trying to kill you while this person is controlling them. You have a tablet to check the CCTV cameras and navigate yourself across the police station and survive till 6 am. This game has a lot of intense moments, jumpscares and collectibles as well. The graphics are quite good for low end laptops like mine and I was getting a smooth gameplay at ultra settings. I would 100% recommend this game to anybody who has enjoyed the FNAF series. . PROS: 1. It has that FNAF elements regarding checking CCTV cams. But in addition you can also hide under tables, inside cupboards, behind doors etc. You can also turn on and turn off lights (turning off lights wont let you see through the cams since its dark). 2. You have to avoid the animatronics which ar every scary and chase you around as well. It has a lot of jumpscares and is totally worth experiencing the horror aspect of. 3. This game was on a christmas sale. I spent just ₹34/- which is very cheap and affordable :] 4. This game doesnt require a high end laptop. I have a low end PC and ran it super smooth on ultra settings.. 5. Case Animatronics has a lot of references to the FNAF series. Like the guy taking revenge on you named Scott (Scott Cawthon is the creator of FNAF), and the incident of the "bite of the 1987" (incident from the first FNAF game), and a pizza restaurant closing down due to the animatronics malfunctioning (Freddy Fazbears Pizzaria) etc. . CONS: 1. I wish this game had a crouch button. So we could avoid the animatronics by crouch walking around tables and stuff. 2. I think this game should have a HUD where you are told which room to go in since I was very confused which room the next task is in. 3. This game should have a clock. Since in one of the missions you have to wait till 3 am for the ventilation to turn on. But theres no clock to signify the time. And to tell the player when its gonna be 6 am. . All in all, this games amazing and the best horror gaming experience I've had in a while. I would definitely recommend everybody to try this game and experience it for yourself :]

My experience with this game was awful. There are many ways to go and if you missed the one thing in the corner somewhere you might be looking for a very long time with absolutely no indication on where to go. The jumpscare noise is so loud that the only thing that was scary was the ear damage I received from playing this game. I decided to turn the audio down and that made the game completely pointless, there is nothing scary because the enemies constantly teleport so dying feels like it's just inevitable. The checkpoints are pretty good so every time you die you barely lose any progress. This means that you just keep banging your head against the wall until you beat it. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This game is complete dogcrap, I got this game at a 90% discount for this game which is just $1.45, original price is $14.50, like who the duck would want to pay for that much for this low level crap. If this game was for free, I'd give it more slack however it is complete dogwater, I'd rather water board myself with diarrhea from a fat african man from Alabama than play this crap again. Piss off devs, I can't believe that I payed for this game and I can't get refund because I spent 2 hours trying to complete this low tier game because the AI is coded by Yandre dev and its puzzles and objectives might as well be registered as CIA torture, There is legit one part of the game where you need to find the ventilation code to not hallucinate, and code is legit trained by vietcong soldiers because its literally hidden in the board with its black text, I am not joking, like who the duck can find that? not even Scooby Doo gang can solve this crap, it is a "Where is Waldo?" puzzle but its so bad that Waldo killed himself out of shame from the devs massacring his own puzzle for their crappy gain. Duck of devs, if I had one comment towards the game itself, it'd be from Demoman from tf2 himself. "Oh they're gonna have to glue you back together, IN HELL!".

Terrible voice acting, no clue as to where to go, unfair AI that spawncamp you and spawn right in front of you at the last checkpoint, the owl, that one segment where you have to wait 5-10 real world minutes doing nothing but hiding because you "have to survive until 3am" and since the game doesn't give you any direction you wouldn't know that when your character says a certain phrase twice you can open a safe in a random room that gives you a random keycard so you can progress. All of these led to this game being a total letdown. I haven't played since before this since 2017 and I should have kept it that way. I tried to make it through because I'm persistent but after two hours I had to stop. I will not be playing this ever again or the second installment. There is no reason for the antagonists of the game to be large, clunky, metal animatronics except for the fact that this game wanted to capitalize off of Five Nights At Freddy's by making this awful attempt at pointless mascot horror.

CASE: Animatronics is the result of the Five Nights at Freddy’s trend of game taken so far that it becomes a completely different thing, although remaining the same pitch on the inside. Do not look for a compelling story or soundtrack here. Instead, focus more on the deviousness of your sadistic robot enemies which will find many terrifying and loud ways of chasing you down the corridors of a police station. The graphics aren’t particularly bad nor are they really appealing to look at in a specific way. The objectives are fairly simple and mostly consist of going from point A to point B, thank you walking simulator number x. CASE: Animatronics will instead ensure to have some nice animatronic designs and mechanics, interesting enough to bother you enough for the fun to last a little longer and provide some much researched tension. It’s a decent little game of little scope that can be worth your money, although I would advise not to expect too much from it.

I waited about a year for this game to be released. After following the game through their website I noticed that the game had a Steam page that I could follow and wishlist. I've waited so long for a great free-roam style FNAF game and I was really hoping that I finally got my wish. Unfortunetely, this game has way too many problems to cost what it does (as of today, 8/6/16, it is 10$). Not only was I able to be killed through walls, but the game actually has a moment of pure filler by making the player hide for 10 minutes of real-life time! Are you kidding me?! I believe the devs were smart about this and because of all the filler the game contains, it's actually hard to beat the game under the 2-hour limit to refund it. After beating the game I actually had to collect myself. The story of the game is nearly non-existant and doesn't really keep me wanting to play at all. During most moments, if you died, you had to replay a lot of audio calls and hear the same lines over and over because you died. Not only this, but the game is very unforgiving. If you mess up even by a single frame, you're dead. The game held a lot of promise it also looks and sounds fantastic. However, it is way too lacking in any actual gameplay or story elements to keep me playing. I have beaten the game, but at the cost of my sanity. PRO'S: *Great atmosphere *Mildy entertaining voice acting *Amazing graphics *A good scare at the start CON'S: *Has way too many bugs *No mouse-lock at some points (caused me to die) *Can get killed through walls *Not enough hiding spots *The cat can see you through walls at points *Little to no story *Some text is still Russian (even when set to English) *Cheap filler mini-games *Bad jumpscare animation (The list could go on) I had a horrible time with the game and just wanted to beat it so my audience didn't have to play. The ending is nearly non-existant and just sort of... ends? I really wanted to like the game, but it's just too broken currently. Here is some gameplay from my YouTube Channel, KnightGamerRex: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6T7jOi2UsHc

This game is honestly not the greatest in the world nore the best. It does a lot of things right, but has few things wrong with it. Here is a list of the what I find to be Pros and Cons in the game. Pros! The detail in this game is very nice. The small details in the world make it fun to look at it and explore. The animotronics in the game have good models and good details in them. The scares in this game are pretty good, sadly though they do get a tad old after about a hour or two of gameplay. Cons! There is some optimization issues in places of the game. So exspect some frame rate loss in areas. I found it very hard to get the jist of the story because it is told through notes you find throughout the game, but with how persistant the animatronics are it is hard to search for the notes. The voice acting could be better but it is a hole lot better than it was on release. Over all this game is not to bad, but there is definatly room for improvment. I have to give this game a 6.5\10 though I do recommend you give it a try it is still terrifying!

Unless you have incredible patience and dedication you will not beat this game. The enemies essentially teleport as you watch your tablet. There aren't a lot of places to hide and you will die alot.

Despite having many resemblances to the Five Nights at Freddy's series in both the atmosphere and easter eggs, Case: Animatronics takes the animatronic horror and suspense to a whole new level. It is a free-roam game where you are stalked by a wolf, cat, and owl, and your goal is to complete the tasks given to you by finding secrets hidden throughout the game. There are many unexpected jumpscares, and the whole environment of the game is quite horrifying. There are a few downsides to this game, however. First, you get very little direction in the game, so it takes a long time to figure certain things out without toutorials.Second, there is little replay value once you complete the game and collect all the notes. Also, be sure to have a backup if you wish to replay the game after finishing it. Your save file is completely erased once you're done. Overall, despite these negatives, I would still recommend the game to anyone who enjoys a good scare.

This is like a hatebaby made from Five Nights at Freddy's and that Slenderman game where you have to collect pieces of paper. I played for 3.3 hours, genuinely tried to give it a chance, but I just hated it. The voice acting was horrendous, down to even the character's "ragged" breathing, in which you're subjected to the sound of someone trying to sound scared but oddly smacking something in their mouth at the same time, right in your ear. There's a jumpscare right in the beginning of the game that has no direct attachment to anything in the game, it's just there just because. The subtitles don't match what the characters are saying. The grammar in the notes is just shameful, with multiple obvious typos like repeated words that tell me they didn't proofread at all. Every time you use the pause menu and come back out your tablet is on so you have to turn it off again. I had the wolf get stuck on a door for like three minutes so it couldn't "get me" and I just sat there looking at it. And the animatronics are supposed to be from a pizzeria? Obviously pulled directly from Five Nights at Freddy's. And the "hacker" character feels like a projection of some developer's wishes of what they could be. Yikes. That's what you do in this game. Avoid knockoff FNAF animatronics and find poorly written notes. Don't bother.

This is suprisingly scary but the story is too short.

Cool game, even if some people will claim it's an Fnaf clone, I still like it.
Details

Good Cop Bad 'Bot...
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1630050829 You are possibly the dumbest cop in the world left in an abandoned police-station, with an ex-con on the phone controlling your environment. Doors lock and unlock without reason as you complete minor fetch-quests. A dormant killer-robot (of course) becomes active and patrols the corridors and rooms: you must complete the puzzles, hide in lockers and under desks, and ultimately get to your police car outside the station. If you really liked FNAF, then this is for you.

Summary

An OK first-person horror survival game with a cute mechanical robot killer chsing you. Better than Friday Night at Freddy's but still cannot fathom the appeal.
Pros: - a FNaF clone where you explore a deserted 3D police station - nice environment and lighting Cons: - it is a little basic and short - the enemy is essentially one-dumb patrolling guard - the plot and voice-acting are not engaging - not that scary (but still way better than FNaF) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1748250279

See Also...
https://store.steampowered.com/app/319510
All boyflea reviews can be found at Good Indie Free Game Reviews
Pros: - Great graphics - Good hiding mechanics & jumpscare animations - Great design of animatronics Cons: - Bad ending - The animatronics, especially the Wolf's & Cat's AI can be broken at times (such as being stuck walking towards objects, and related as such)
